The Opportunity

The Activation Specialist will be the main point of contact for agency and brand customers executing advertising campaigns utilizing XR Extreme Reach’s video ad serving platform. This position provides exceptional client service, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly and efficiently while managing technical and operational aspects of the digital campaign.

Job Responsibilities
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their business objectives, operational challenges, and industry landscape—demonstrating how our ad technology and services can support their success.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, trafficking, and daily execution for assigned clients, ensuring campaigns are accurately launched, monitored, and optimized to meet performance goals.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients’ campaign performance analysis, providing insights, recommendations, and resolving discrepancies promptly to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding platform tools, new feature releases, and technical issues, setting clear expectations and ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Facilitate smooth onboarding and migration for new clients onto the XR ad serving and analytics platform, ensuring a seamless transition and adoption.
  • Conduct regular status updates and review meetings with clients, including on‑site visits when necessary, to maintain ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed on XR product offerings, industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging trends, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic advice to clients and internal teams.
  • Participate in special projects, initiatives, and ongoing training as directed by management to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a client‑facing role within the digital advertising industry, specializing in campaign activation, management, and performance optimization using ad serving platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with ad campaign setup, troubleshooting, and monitoring across platforms such as Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs), ad servers, or ad management tools.
  • In‑office presence with the flexibility for a hybrid work model, balancing on‑site and remote work.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex campaign setups, troubleshooting steps, and performance analytics clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and multi‑tasking skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns and client needs within tight deadlines.
  • Highly motivated to deliver exceptional service by taking ownership of campaign activation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality, with a proactive, solution‑focused approach.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to diagnosing issues, optimizing campaign performance, and making data‑driven recommendations.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
