Qualifications and Candidate Profile:

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Train team members in sales techniques and product knowledge;
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products;
  • Coordinate store activities and ensure smooth operations;
  • Achieve personal and team sales goals;

Human Resources:

  • Create a positive work environment and foster team pride;
  • Lead by example and demonstrate leadership;
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members;
  • Manage absences and punctuality.

Marketing and Visual Presentation:

  • Maintain attractive store displays based on planograms;
  • Monitor competitors and reflect brand image;
  • Assist with inventory planning and store cleanliness.

Administration:

  • Analyze sales and traffic reports;
  • Manage store opening and closing procedures;
  • Follow company policies and procedures;
  • Perform additional duties as needed.
