Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s growth targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets.
• Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors.
• Structure and finalize acquisition transactions.
• Manage integration planning post-acquisition in collaboration with operations.
• Present strategic recommendations to leadership on pipeline and progress.
