  • Measurement and Testing: Plan and execute acoustic measurements using specialized equipment (e.g., Klippel, anechoic chambers and proprietary measurement software) to validate product performance and diagnose issues.
  • Innovate Strategies: Develop and implement effective solutions, including material selection, structural modifications, damping treatments, and acoustic enclosures, ensuring compliance with specifications and budget.
  • Prototype Validation: Work closely with the rest of the R&D team to test and refine prototypes, ensuring acoustic performance targets are met, including FR, THD, IMP, Power / Compression Testing and Life Testing.
Manufacturing & Facility Support
  • Quality Control: Establish and maintain acoustic quality control procedures and specifications for manufactured goods.
  • Calibration & Maintenance: Oversee the calibration and maintenance of acoustic testing equipment and facilities.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed technical reports summarizing test results, analyses, and recommended design changes.
  • Standards Compliance: Ensure all products and manufacturing processes comply with relevant national and international regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration: Serve as the subject matter expert for acoustics, providing technical guidance to mechanical, electrical, and production engineering teams.
Qualifications / Requirements
