Une entreprise de l'industrie aérospatiale recherche un Buyer en service client à Mirabel. Le candidat idéal définira la stratégie d'achat pour les pièces de rechange et gérera un portefeuille de fournisseurs. Il doit avoir un diplôme en approvisionnement ou en ingénierie, avec au moins 4 ans d'expérience pertinente. Un niveau de bilinguisme en anglais et en français est requis. Salaires autour de 73K CAD et avantages tels que l'assurance groupe et un plan de pension.

As a Customer Service Buyer, you will define the purchasing strategy for in‑service spare parts, manage a supplier portfolio, and perform end‑to‑end procurement activities (supplier selection, contract and claims management, supplier relations, and competitiveness reviews).
Your Challenges:
You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in procurement or engineering in a field related to the aerospace industry.
You have experience in the aerospace industry or procurement (minimum 4 years).
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in supply chain and purchasing.
Experience working with suppliers (minimum 2 years).
Experience in project management (principles and tools) (minimum 2 years).
An effective negotiator with proven commercial and contractual experience and legal knowledge.
Ability to lead meetings and implement the correct governance model.
Effective project management skills.
Knowledge of key financial indicators.
Proven communication skills, especially with supplier representatives.
Effective management of client and stakeholder expectations.
You are bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) with a negotiation level in English.
40‑hour work week. Salary varies around 73K CAD depending on profile. Vacation: 3 weeks (calculated pro‑rata). Group insurance eligibility from the first day on the job. Pension plan eligibility after four weeks of continuous service.
