A leading engineering firm in Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Representative to manage collections and communication with debtors. Candidates should have previous collections experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles. Stantec is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Representative to join our team. Working in collaboration with our entire accounting team, you will be responsible for preparing collection letters, processing payments, and updating software system with collections activities and payments. Under direct supervision, you will communicate with debtors, providing information regarding defaulted accounts, handling disputes, and preparing payment arrangements.

Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
