Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable or Finance department.
  • Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve issues for assigned accounts.
  • Review discrepancies and dispute short payments.
  • Proactively monitor customer accounts to resolve issues.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales department regarding accounts.
  • Manage accounts on hold and adjust as necessary.
  • Work with sales and senior management to accelerate collections.
  • Meet defined department goals and metrics.
  • Provide invoice, credit memo, and statement copies upon request.
  • Analyze credit data and prepare reports on credit risk.
