Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience as an accounting technician or accounts payable technician.
• Advanced/intermediate English for collaboration with English-speaking clients.
• Advanced/intermediate French for collaboration with Québec clients.
• Solid knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Enter and approve supplier invoices in the accounting software.
• Process supplier and government payments.
• Reconcile transactions made with corporate credit cards.
• Review and pay expense reports.
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
