Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the accounts payable team (6 people).
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline accounts payable processes.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between the accounts payable team and vendors.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Prepare and present reports on accounts payable performance.
  • Enhance employee performance quality through coaching.
  • Day to day supervision of staff and managing workloads.
