Responsibilities
  • Collect and verify corporate credit card statements
  • Record credit card transactions and other accounts payable entries
  • Track expenses by client or project file
  • Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents
  • Identify non‑compliant transactions and follow up with users
  • Apply internal policies for expense approval and compliance
  • Prepare payments for credit cards and other payables
Qualifications
  • Vocational or college diploma (DEP or DEC) in accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness
  • High level of confidentiality and reliability
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
