Job summary

Eurofins Scientific is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the Shared Services (NSC) team. The role handles high-volume, multi-company AP activities in a large corporate environment.

Responsibilities include invoice review, coding in Great Plains and Coupa, managing payments, PO creation, and maintaining vendor files, with potential involvement in additional projects. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with 1–2 days in office and 3–4 days remote.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Great Plains is an asset.

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk will perform the core day-to-day AP activities as part of the Shared Services (NSC) team. The right candidate for this role is experienced in high volume multi-company/multi-location purchase to pay cycle in a large corporate environment.

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval


• Code and enter vendor invoices in Great Plains and Coupa


• Schedule and process payments according to vendor terms policies


• Create and receive system Purchase Orders


• Maintain vendor files and documentation thoroughly and accurately


• Assist with other projects as needed

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3-5 years of full cycle Accounts Payable experience


• 1+ year of experience in Great Plainsis an asset


• Proven ability to handle a high volume of transactions and meet deadlines

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITITES:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intermediate Excel skills


• High customer service mindset


• Ability to multi-task, manage time efficiently and prioritize


• Strong sense of task ownership and accountability


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Problem solver, with high attention to detail


• English language is a must, French language is an asset

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• This position will be working in an office environment where most of the time will be sitting at a desk working on a computer. Light-intermediate lifting requirements of no more than 30 lbs. Hazardous materials are handled using established safety procedures and appropriate PPE.


• Shift work and overtime may be required, as well as working periodic weekends and/or evenings.


• Hybrid work arrangement (1–2 days in the office and 3–4 days working from home).
