A leading company is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to manage accounts payable and inventory control. This role requires expertise in invoicing and interaction with various stakeholders. Initially a 6-month contract, it offers a competitive hourly rate and potential for a permanent position.
The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the accounts payable and inventory control for assigned stores and Distribution Center in accordance with the standards and policies established by the head office. This is initially a 6-month contract with a potential transition to a permanent position.
Initially, the position requires full-time office attendance. After 6 months to a year, there is an option to work from home two days a week while maintaining three days in the office. Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, totaling a 37.5-hour workweek. The team consists of 16 members, with 4 in Accounts Payable and 12 in Accounts Receivable. The environment is high-stress, requiring frequent customer interactions over the phone for over six hours a day. The office is easily accessible by public transit, with Chinook Station nearby, and parking is available on site.
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
This is a fully onsite position in Calgary,AB.
