Responsibilities

  • Sort, code, and data entry of vendor and manufacturer invoices.
  • Verify and match invoices to purchase orders.
  • Process bi-weekly on-demand cheques.
  • Reconcile vendor and credit card statements.

Dilawri Group of Companies is currently looking to fill the position of an Accounts Payable Coordinator .

Essential Duties :
  • Sorting, coding and data entry vendor and manufacturer invoices into CDK system
  • Verify and match invoices to purchase orders
  • Process bi-weekly on-demand cheques
  • Process monthly cheque run
  • Process monthly business office remittances
  • Reconcile vendor statements, manufacturer statements and credit card statements
  • Reconcile electronic transfer payments account
  • Reconcile sublet and payables schedules
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned by management

All successful applicants must possess the following qualities :

Required Qualifications :
  • Have working knowledge of the accounting cycle
  • Accounts Payable related duties
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Be self-motivated and pro-active
  • Ability to handle high volume of transactions within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Positive attitudes and a desire for continuous improvement for self and the organization
  • Automotive Experience would be an asset
  • CDK experience would be an asset
