About the Role

Reporting to our Commercial, Finance & Governance Manager, you will primarily manage day‑to‑day donation and fundraising revenue.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing accounts receivable, including the coordination and processing of all invoices
  • Supporting merchandise accounting, including inventory and sales reconciliation
  • Maintaining accurate customer data within MYOB
  • Assisting with general finance operations, including banking, procurement, and day‑to‑day accounting tasks
  • Supporting the team in reviewing beneficiaries’ financial suitability for funding
  • Ad‑hoc reporting and other duties as required
About You
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proactive self‑starter with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, and general finance administration
  • Proficient in MYOB and comfortable with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge is a bonus)
  • Clear communicator with a positive, collaborative approach
  • Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment while maintaining quality and composure
  • Initiative to identify issues and improve processes
