Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Intermediate accounting knowledge with understanding of the full accounting cycle.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including data organization and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process vendor invoices and employee expenses timely.
• Perform bank and subledger reconciliations regularly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
• Prepare and submit payroll data for processing.
