Job summary

ComptaFinance, Inc. is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage payroll, maintain ledgers, and produce financial statements. The role requires accurate accounting practices and proficiency with accounting software in a bilingual environment.

The candidate will post journal entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare various financial reports while training staff on current software. Excellent communication and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience maintaining ledgers and financial statements.
