Summary

The person in this position has the main responsibility of supporting the finance team with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Billing of revenues
  • Cash receipts
  • Collections
  • Complete accounts payable cycle
  • Follow up on outstanding purchase orders and backlogs with the purchasing department
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Support for the payroll team
  • Assist the accounting department at month-end
  • Participation in the annual audit
  • Any other related tasks
Qualifications
  • College Diploma in administration (accounting) or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bilingual (written and spoken) in French and English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and be flexible
  • Customer service‑oriented attitude
  • Detail‑oriented and structured individual
