Our Finance team is currently looking for an Accounting Technician!

• In charge of bank reconciliations
• In charge of all customers’ payments applications
• Review and monitor customers portal (disputes, refunds, etc)
• Customers collection
• Prepare and maintain the following month-end backups, such as accruals, prepaids, fixed asset and amortization schedules, intangible asset and amortization schedules, etc.
• Prepare Sales Tax declarations
• Assist the Assistant-controller with various month-end reports such as: cost analysis, A/R analysis, reports for management, etc.
• Prepare interim and year-end documents for the external auditors
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required
• DEC in Accounting
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using an accounting ERP software (Netsuite and/or D365 F&O is an asset)
• Bilingual (Fluent in English is a must)
