Job summary

Soucy Group in Drummondville is seeking an accounting professional to join the finance team. In this role, you will handle a significant portion of Fleuriste Bergeron’s accounting activities, supporting day-to-day financial operations and ensuring accuracy across records.

You will enter data, process payables and receivables, reconcile statements, post journal entries, and manage month-end tasks. Attention to detail and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams are essential.

• Entering data and processing accounts payable and receivable
• Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and credit card statements
• Posting journal entries related to account tracking
• Managing the entire accounting cycle
• Completing month-end tasks
• Scanning supplier invoices
• Matching various documents related to the accounts payable process
