We are hiring an Accounting Team Leader to manage day-to-day financial operations and assist in long-term financial planning for a dynamic non-profit. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting, budgeting, and reporting, and will work closely with the organization's leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

This position involves overseeing AR/AP, preparing regular financial reports and projections, and helping the organization's leadership understand financial needs across various community programs. You will also play a key role in helping determine monthly fundraising goals based on actual and projected expenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and forecasts
• Develop and monitor budgets across multiple programs
• Advise leadership on financial strategies and funding needs
• Support fundraising efforts by calculating monthly budget shortfalls
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in the non-profit sector
• Strong skills in budgeting, reporting, and forecasting
• Ability to manage multiple program budgets simultaneously
