Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
  • Invoicing, managing contracts, creating purchase orders, & assisting operations with day-to-day activities.
  • Help manage day to day accounts payable & accounts receivable transactions.
  • Providing value added analysis on costs and profitability.
  • Gaining exposure to Data Analytics tools used to drive Process Improvement.
  • Assist with developing and actioning Process Improvement initiatives for the accounting team.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and other financial documents for processing.
  • Support in generating financial reports and summaries for review by the accounting team.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
