Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on accounting experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel with familiarity in ERP systems.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end processes.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage workloads independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Post journal entries, manage general ledger accounts, and ensure accuracy.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable including invoice processing.
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
