Responsible for supervising one Bookkeeper . Bookkeeper is responsible forrecording of transactions for two related companies.

Reporting to President of Company,providing advice, analysis and recommendations .

Liasoning and communicating with other staff as required.

Resolving issues and problems as these arise.

Overseeing accuracy and timely completion all Accounting recordings, reporting and reconciliation of all accounts.Review of transactions to ensure accuracy thereof. Preparation of monthly Financialstatements.

Ensuring all systems remain integrated and current with third party providers.

Liasoning with Inventory Manager in maintaining inventory records and product costs.

Review and research and implement new systems and procedures to improve the timeliness and efficiency of data recording.

Prepare and coordinate yearend audit requirements.Liason with Auditors and Corporate Secretary.

Ensure corporate compliance with government regulations and laws.

Company Description

This position supports two privately held companies . The companies are headquartered in Hong Kong, One company is an internet company that provides E-Courses online, featuring "Relationship Counselling services". Several E-courses are offered throughout the year with customers joining online from all corners of the world.

The Second Company produces and supplies products related to the "Relationship Counselling Services". A warehouse and distribution centre is located in California.

The first Company has been in service since 2013. The physical products company has been in service since 2017.

TheCompanies have approximately twelve employees working from remote locations. The President and Owner is also located remotely .

The Accounting Management is located in Calgary and will remain so. The Bookkeeper is also remotely located. Communications are mostly online , phone and Zoom.
