Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a Manager, Accounting role with a growing Canadian organization to strengthen its finance operations and reporting capabilities.

The successful candidate will lead AP automation, manage the AP system transition, oversee treasury activities, and support IFRS and revenue reporting. This is an hands-on finance leadership role offering ownership of key processes and opportunities to broaden scope as the organization grows.

Competenze

• CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Strong IFRS and technical accounting background.
• Experience with financial reporting and revenue accounting.
• Experience with AP processes, automation, and system implementations.
• Knowledge of treasury management and cash monitoring.

• Lead the automation of accounts payable processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control.

The successful candidate will play an important role in automating accounts payable, managing the transition of AP systems, overseeing treasury activities, and supporting technical accounting and revenue reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional with some management experience who is looking to broaden their scope and take on greater responsibility.

Remuneration

• Base salary: $100,000-$115,000
