Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable, credit applications, and terms.
  • Lead credit and collections processes, reviewing past-due accounts.
  • Oversee month-end/year-end reporting and supplier approvals.
  • Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee records.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for Canadian and US accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

Responsibilities (Not limited to ):
  • Manage accounts receivable, customer credit applications, and credit terms/limits in line with company policies
  • Lead credit and collections processes, including weekly reviews of past-due accounts and customer invoicing
  • Oversee month-end/year-end reporting, reconciliations, and supplier invoice approvals.
  • Process and maintain bi-weekly payroll, employee records, and related government remittances (HST, EHT, WSIB)
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for Canadian and US accounts
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
Experience:
  • 3+ years’ experience in the Accounting field
  • Credit and collection experience- CPA is an asset
  • Superior interpersonal skills and attention to detail**
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make qualified decisions
