Accounting Manager

Heritage Food Service Group of Canada is the largest service provider for the food service industry in western Canada. We have over 40 years of history, and an extensive support team that drives service excellence.

Responsibilities

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing our accounting operations, which includes the creation of accounting reports and financials, tax filing, general ledger maintenance, budgeting and forecasting.

What you will bring
  • Completion of CPA is required
  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working with an ERP system, MS Excel (Intermediate / Advanced) and Outlook
  • Experience consolidating financials is an asset
  • High attention to detail with an ability to investigate any discrepancies
  • Experience in public accounting and auditing preferred
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Supervisory experience is an asset
  • Strong and professional communication skills
