Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of accounting experience, ideally in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Bilingualism in French / English is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively communicate with customers to collect outstanding accounts receivable.
  • Reconcile and maintain customer account records.
  • Prepare and issue accurate, timely invoices.
  • Administer accounts payable process.
  • Support the Finance team as necessary.
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts and credit cards.
