  • Oversee bank reconciliations, GST and provincial tax filings, and prepare records for year‑end.
  • Maintain communication with the external accountant for reporting, WCB, and other compliance needs.
  • Support project managers and coordinators with payment schedules and project‑related financial updates.
  • Track and organize supplier invoices and customer payments, sending reminders or follow‑ups as needed.

  • Assist with general office accounting inquiries and ad hoc administrative duties related to finance.
What you’ll bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and with project management or ERP tools (e.g., Knowify, Salesforce).
  • Experience managing AP, AR, payroll, and year‑end preparation.
  • Experience in construction or project‑based industries is an asset.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Able to work independently while supporting a collaborative team.
  • Comfortable communicating with vendors, customers, and internal departments.

  • Competitive salary, Health Spending Account and RRSP matching program launching soon.
  • Free onsite parking.
  • Supportive, family‑oriented culture that values mental health, work‑life balance, and teamwork.
