Randstad Canada is currently seeking experienced Accounting Clerks for full-time permanent positions. The successful candidate will have experience performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks. As an Accounting Clerk you will support the accounting department by maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with various financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
  • Prepare and deposit bank transaction
  • Receive, verify, and process a high volume of vendor invoices with accuracy.
  • Reviewing and processing employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Assist with month-end and year- end closing procedures
  • Post and apply customer payments (cheques, EFTs, credit card) to outstanding invoices.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Post secondary education or a diploma in Accounting
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
