A cultural institution in Whistler, BC is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations, working 21–24 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include processing sales and deposits, handling accounts receivable and payable, and reconciling accounts. Benefits include a wage of $28 to $30 per hour based on experience, a wellness benefit, and a transit allowance. Only candidates with a Canadian work permit will be considered.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Accounting Clerk works 21–24 hours per week and supports day-to-day financial operations. Key responsibilities include processing sales, deposits, accounts payable and receivable, as well as reconciling vendor statements and general ledger accounts. The role also involves weekly filing and other related duties as required.

The Museum’s Permanent Collection showcases the art of British Columbia from the late 18th century to present. Other highlights include an important collection of 19th and 20th century First Nations masks and works by some of Canada’s most celebrated artists including Emily Carr, E.J. Hughes and the internationally renowned photo-conceptualists Jeff Wall, Stan Douglas and Rodney Graham. In addition to the Permanent Collection displays the Museum hosts Special Exhibitions of art from Canada and around the world.
