Description
WHO YOU ARE:

The Accounting Clerk will provide support to the team by assisting with various tasks and projects as assigned. This position reports to two different people, doing different functions for each one.

The Main Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Retrieve invoices from online/mail
  • Keep track of incorrect charges and notify manager.
  • Enter invoices/payments/reconcile in Sage
  • End of month expense reports for Telecommunication and Internet
  • Monthly Municipal tax reports
  • Payments for Business Licences
  • Filing documents
  • Keep track of and update cardholders list and follow up with credit card users
  • Create and update user profiles in SAP ConcurSupport US Bank Visa users with online access (i.e. locked/expired accounts)
  • Support Concur users with their reports
  • Verify the credit card statements and that the expense reports are properly entered
  • Ensure that the Concur reports are submitted on time and that they respect our travel policies
  • Follow up with the cardholders if needed
  • Other day to day tasks linked to accounting
