Job summary

SIMMS SIGAL LINWOOD INC. in Quebec is seeking an experienced bookkeeper/payroll specialist to handle payroll cheques, maintain ledgers and financial reports, and manage tax preparation.

• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare purchase orders
• Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting
• Perform data entry
• Prepare bank reconciliations
• Assist with record management
