As an Accounting Assistant, you’re the glue that holds our team together. It’s your job to make sure things are running seamlessly, so that your team can achieve success. That’s why we need someone organized, consistent, focused on timelines and detail‑oriented to support the team.

We’re Teletek Structures, a structural engineering firm specializing in telecommunications infrastructure. Our team is growing and so your role with us is more important than ever.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you’ll play a vital role supporting our Vice President of Operations. Your dynamic position offers a diverse range of responsibilities—from office organization and project setup to preparing project status updates, handling accounting tasks, maintaining engineering licenses, and assisting with new employee onboarding.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across all operational facets of the business, providing a strong foundation for professional growth.

Qualifications

Qualifications you’re made for this role if you have the following:

  • A business diploma, degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience performing accounting tasks in a company with sales more than $1.5 million per year.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional capacity.
  • A valid driver’s license.
