Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in an accounting capacity.
• Ability to handle all aspects of accounting for a small company.
• Experience managing payroll for employees.

Responsibilities

• Handle full coverage of AP, AR, and G/L activity.
• Create and maintain internal controls and policies.
• Prep and publish monthly Financial Statements.

Skills

Strong technical knowledge including MS Excel

Very thorough and detail oriented

Strong communication skills - both verbal and written

Flexible and adaptable

Self-starter and able to work independently

Fun natured with a great personality

Education

Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, and/or Business
