About the Role

Our growing client in the Construction industry is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or construction.

Please note: Only candidates living in Calgary will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounting under ASPE
• Month-end reporting
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Preparing private company financial reporting packages
• Cost accounting, cost reconciliations, and project cost allocations
• Intercompany eliminations
• Cash flow forecasting and statement preparation

Requirements

• 2+ years of similar experience in the construction industry
• 3+ years in a progressive accounting role
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Ideally designated or working towards designation
