We are a bilingual (French/English) team of more than 90+ team members who value collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and a strong sense of community. We believe work should be both meaningful and rewarding, and we take pride in helping our team members live their dreams, whether that’s advancing in their career, developing new skills, or simply enjoying life outside of work.

We’re excited to welcome a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. If you’re looking for a positive workplace, and the chance to make a real impact every day, this is the perfect opportunity.

This mid-level position is ideal for individuals with foundational accounting knowledge and a few years of experience in public practice who are eager to build their careers in public practice accounting. You will work closely with senior team members to maintain accurate financial records, ensure timely processing of transactions, and assist in financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner, highly organized, and excited to contribute to a team that values accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.

This is a hands‑on role that will give you exposure to a wide range of accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month‑end processes, tax planning and more. It’s a great opportunity to apply your education, grow your technical skills, and gain experience in a supportive environment where mentorship and professional development are encouraged. Whether you're pursuing your CPA designation or simply looking to gain experience in a thriving and collaborative workplace, this role offers the foundation to launch your career in accounting.

  • Comprehensive group benefits including life insurance, dependent life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, and long‑term disability insurance.
  • Smart investment opportunities, including a group retirement savings plan and a group tax‑free savings account with payroll deduction options.
  • A real voice where your ideas matter, and your impact will be felt.
  • Ongoing learning and career growth with the possibility of tuition and course reimbursement.
  • Flexibility to accommodate special work hour arrangements, because balance matters.
  • A work culture built on trust, support, and fun. We celebrate wins, help each other, and enjoy social events together.
  • An open‑door opportunity for wage negotiations based on performance.
