In this role, you will work on high‑visibility, large‑scale projects while maintaining close individual relationships. You will serve as a reliable manager to direct reports throughout project development and implementation.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client budgets, ensuring timely estimate submissions and compliance and revising budgets as required.
  • Assist in financial control of accounts, partnering with account billers to facilitate accurate monthly invoicing, follow up on accounts receivables, and prepare regular reporting and reconciliations.
  • Partner with creative services and team leaders to manage and lead the team in all aspects of project development, ensuring delivery of breakthrough ideas/work consistent with brand positioning and GSW‑W standards (excellent creative, on target strategically, on time, and on budget).
  • Help facilitate a strong, cohesive team that is focused on priorities and knowledgeable about client products and services.
  • Manage team communication specific to project management.
  • Must be willing to work West Coast hours.
  • Must have strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant client experience in marketing or other related disciplines OR Minimum 5 years of relevant agency experience.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of general pharmaceutical marketing and sales, disease state and product science, therapeutic market, and competition.
  • Individual should be a self‑starter/self‑motivator.
