Job description
Account Sales Manager

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the Account Sales Manager (ASM) performs outside sales of product inventory while driving an assigned route of accounts. The ASM increases product sales and placement of product displays at all large and small format "off premise" stores. The ASM upsells inventory, cooler space, and product displays. The ASM services all customers safely and productively, following RedBull executional standards. This is a salaried position also eligible for a commission bonus target on top of base salary.

Responsibilities
  • Manage products and relationships with customer contacts for sale of our products at assigned RedBull Canada Distribution (RBCD) accounts.
  • Determine current and ongoing product needs at accounts and look for ways to increase sales.
  • Ensure all RedBull equipment is clean and in good working order.
  • Perform outside sales functions.
  • Evaluate competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions.
  • Meet monthly goals focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new account set-up, and other merchandising components.
  • Build and protect the RedBull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product while setting proper brand flow following RedBull standards.
  • Increase inventory and diversity of products at each RBCD assigned account and improve in-store branding while delivering fresh product.
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices.
  • Be a major contributor/leader among peer group.
  • Maintain the relationship with customer contacts at each RBCD assigned account.
Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to lift and transport up to 40 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
  • Legal age and compliance with job requirements.
  • Experience in sales, account management, and DSD a plus.
  • English; additional languages an advantage.
  • Travel 20-30%.
  • Permanent position; benefits eligible.
