Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role.
  • Investment industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

  • Execute new account openings and provide internal CRM support.
  • Monitor new account transfers and reconcile against statements.
  • Provide technical support to clients and their investment team.

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of market values and security identifiers
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Experience with CRM, APX and Bloomberg

Education

Bachelor in Business or related field
