Dans ce rôle, vous offrirez une expérience client exceptionnelle, stimulerez la croissance rentable de votre entreprise et atteindrez les objectifs fixés. De plus, vous devrez :

• Établir, entretenir et développer les relations clients existantes au sein de la communauté, tout en réseautant avec les chefs d'entreprise locaux afin d'établir des pôles d'influence solides qui contribueront aux opportunités de développement commercial.

• Établir des relations avec les petites entreprises clientes en comprenant leurs besoins et en identifiant les opportunités leur permettant de leur fournir des informations et des conseils personnalisés et parfaitement adaptés a leurs besoins.

• Assurer la liaison avec le réseau d'agences bancaires internes, les centres de services bancaires commerciaux et les partenaires de gestion de patrimoine afin de leur permettre de fournir des conseils et des ressources holistiques pour accompagner nos clients.

• Se tenir au courant des nouvelles tendances et développer sa connaissance de l'entreprise, des outils et techniques associés ; participer au transfert de connaissances au sein de l'équipe et de l'unité commerciale.

• Participer pleinement a l'équipe, favoriser un environnement de travail positif qui favorise la qualité, l'innovation et le travail d'équipe, et assurer une communication rapide des problèmes.

Exigences du poste :

• Diplôme universitaire et/ou expérience professionnelle pertinente de premier échelon ; une formation en comptabilité/finance est un atout, mais peut également être acquise par l'expérience.

• Capacité a entretenir des relations clients durables et a acquérir de nouveaux clients. • Excellentes compétences en développement commercial et en prospection pour créer des pôles d'influence précieux au sein de la communauté d'affaires locale et des succursales de vente au détail.

• Professionnel dynamique, doté d'une attitude positive et de solides compétences en communication, en gestion du temps et en organisation.
