Responsibilities

As the Account Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Quoting commercial cleaning services to businesses around Vancouver, North Vancouver, Burnaby and the Tri‑Cities.
  • Working with our internal sales team to generate appointments and identify target industries and potential customers.
  • Crafting and presenting tailored proposals, and closing contracts.
  • Self‑generating a percentage of leads in addition to those provided by the internal sales team.
Qualifications
  • Business‑to‑business sales experience and strong customer service experience.
  • Comfortable with lead generation by cold calling and in‑person outreach.
  • Competitive desire to succeed and a drive to be the best.
  • Goal‑oriented approach, meeting and exceeding self‑set targets.
  • Ability to nurture prospects and build lasting relationships.
  • Quick thinking, enjoys meeting new people, and willing to learn about the cleaning business to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Required to be at the physical office in North Burnaby for administrative work and meetings.
  • Valid driver’s licence and vehicle to visit clients.
