About the Role

The Account Manager plays a vital role in managing client relationships, understanding hiring needs, and ensuring successful placements. You will work closely with both clients and recruiters to deliver timely, high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and service satisfaction.
  • Understand clients’ hiring needs, culture, and requirements to deliver effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to source, shortlist, and present suitable candidates.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes from job briefing, interviews, and negotiations to successful placement.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and client retention.
  • Identify business opportunities and actively develop new client relationships.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure monthly/quarterly targets are met.
  • Resolve client and candidate issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resource, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
