Headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, we are recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies; a reflection not only of our innovative products, but of the incredible people behind them.

We are a team of doers, thinkers, and problem-solvers who care deeply about each other and the customers we serve. If you are passionate about meaningful work, building relationships, and contributing to a trusted Canadian brand, you’ll feel right at home with us.

What This Role is All About
Sales & Business Development
  • Drive high-volume, profitable sales and maximize market presence across your territory.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline by engaging new leads and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual product tours, clearly communicating product benefits and innovations.
  • Regularly reach out to customers and consistently prospect for new business opportunities.
  • Interpret blueprints, read specifications, and use digital quoting systems to prepare accurate proposals.
  • Promote the full Durabuilt product line and stay informed about trends in construction, architecture, and design.
  • Prepare quotes, tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and ensure contract packages meet requirements.
  • Enter opportunities into Salesforce & CX, ensuring smooth coordination with Scheduling and Installation teams.
Customer & Project Support
  • Build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and consumers.
  • Represent Durabuilt at trade shows, industry meetings, and company events.
  • Support customers throughout the entire sales cycle — from initial engagement to post-installation follow-up.
  • Review shop drawings with clients and internal teams, noting revisions and obtaining approvals.
  • Participate in project kick‑off meetings and site walk‑throughs, documenting any deficiencies.
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, and share insights and challenges with the team.
Your Skills & Background
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, building materials, glazing, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of PVC, aluminum, hollow metal doors, and commercial window systems (asset).
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Skilled in professional selling, business development, and demand generation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to build rapport with high-level clientele and collaborate across diverse teams.
Working Conditions
  • Primarily office-based with regular travel (up to 75%) for customer meetings and sales development.
  • Use of standard office equipment (laptop, smartphone).
  • Light lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule with occasional weekend commitments.
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations — suited for a DRIVER who takes OWNERSHIP.
