As an ALS Account Manager, you'll be part of the customer-facing team responsible for winning business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Selling of ESP, and associated equipment to named account(s). Include key accounts within a single business group/ P&L.
  • Business development to grow accounts with new and existing customers.
  • Handles standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice.
  • Contributes to prices and conditions to have a certain degree of granularity. Works on the basis of predefined contracts price frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from prices and conditions.
  • Handles diverse clients in a region.
  • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • Have a Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales
  • Have a Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in down hole ESP equipment, i.e. field service, engineering, reliability, sales support
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to work with and communicate across functional teams to support the entire sales cycle from quote to cash
  • Ability to identify and adapt to different customer personas
  • Have a willingness to learn and ask questions
