Job summary

CIMCO Refrigeration Inc. in Burlington, Ontario, is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Service Sales to drive business development and strengthen client relationships across the East GTA region.

You will prepare estimates, quotes and contracts, provide technical support, and collaborate with Project, Service and Engineering teams to ensure successful service and parts sales. Ideal candidates have HVAC/R sales experience, a valid driver's license, strong communication and Excel skills, and

Qualifications

• Sales and account management experience in HVAC/R industry (or relevant industry) is required.
• Experience as an HVAC/R Service Mechanic is an asset.
• Holds a valid driver's license.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be self-driven and committed to winning in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Cold calling and bid specification estimation - this role is primarily responsible for business development; the Account Manager for all clients you bring on board in the East GTA region.
• Provide technical support to our customers & to our internal team
• Engaging warm leads to establish, maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing and new clients
• Prepare estimates of costs including materials, labour and equipment for HVAC/R service projects, contracts and part sales
• Prepare and review quotations, specifications and contract agreements
• Understand new technology within the Industrial HVAC/R industry to ensure that all estimates include the most up to date construction and service methods and procedures
• Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
• Complete final cost estimate to produce a final tender or quote submission
• Work on simultaneous quotes or bids and meet deadlines
• Participate in kick off meeting with Project, Service and Engineering teams after award
• Always be available to provide customer support as required
