BrokerLink Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for Commercial Insurance in Calgary, AB. This permanent full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional client service, preparing insurance documents, and coordinating with insurers and underwriters.

You will handle quotes, new business, policy reviews, endorsements, invoices, and payments while maintaining strong relationships with clients and carriers. AIC license and industry accreditation are valued for success in this client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active AIC License preferred.
• Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and administration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to work as part of a team or independently in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with prompt service by giving advice and addressing concerns.
• Receive and process all incoming Commercial paperwork.
• Assist with quotes, write new business, review existing coverage and update client files.
• Prepare documentation for insurers and complete applications for new clients.
• Process endorsements, invoices, and follow up on payments.
• Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate with underwriters; renew terms and follow up with adjusters.
• Source and obtain additional information requested by underwriters and complete applications.
