A leading marketing solutions provider is seeking an experienced Account Manager in Vancouver to drive revenue growth within existing accounts. Candidates should have a proven track record in account management or sales, particularly in B2B or SaaS environments. The role is hybrid, combining remote and in-office work once local offices are established. An attractive salary with bonuses is offered.
SOCi, the leader in AI-powered marketing solutions for multi-location businesses, is currently looking for an experienced Account Manager to focus on expanding and retaining revenue within our existing client base. This role partners closely with our Customer Success Managers, who own day-to-day client relationships, to identify growth opportunities and manage all aspects of upsell and renewal negotiations.
You’ll play a critical role in driving revenue expansion by executing renewal strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth, timely process from proposal to signature.
SOCi expects to pay a base salary in the range of $80,000 - $114,000 CAD base plus bonuses / commission. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
