About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll drive year-over-year revenue growth through strategic relationship management, upselling, and cross-selling OSG's full suite of products and services.

This is a full-time, permanent position based out of our Toronto, ON office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic client plans for assigned accounts, ensuring a deep understanding of each client’s business and safety objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with the client success team to identify opportunities and team sell.
  • Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets within your territory of named accounts.
  • Manage inbound requests and generate opportunities for business.
  • Strengthen and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that align with client needs and highlight the value of OSG’s health and safety solutions.
  • Represent OSG at key industry events and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Share data, market insights, and client feedback to support strategic planning and innovation across teams.
  • Stay informed on OSG’s evolving offerings, as well as industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Communicate new opportunities (e.g., products, services, potential clients) to internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in workplace safety and wellness, using sound judgment and risk management practices.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of B2B inside sales experience.
  • Health and safety experience or education is considered an asset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • A client-focused mindset with a genuine desire to understand and meet client needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for managing pipelines, tracking interactions, and forecasting.
  • Compassionate, professional approach to client service, including conflict resolution and de-escalation.
