At our facilities in the Greater Toronto area, you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Cascades Recovery + division of our team as the Fiber Purchaser. You will be responsible for :

  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the market area, including existing accounts, portfolio opportunities, and competitors.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and maintain regular contact with clients to support retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with management to address account challenges and develop strategies that meet both company and client needs.
  • Serve as the key contact for program enhancements, including selling additional recyclable materials programs and conducting ongoing account reviews.
  • Use sales tools (Power BI, forecasting worksheets, reports, templates) to track progress, review pricing and service charges, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance summaries.
  • Respond promptly to client issues, assess accounts before site visits, ensure service goals are met, and keep management informed of account status and activities.
