Job summary

Iaawg in Laval, QC is seeking an Account Manager to grow our automotive warranty portfolio. You will develop new accounts, visit dealerships, train sales teams, and partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in outside sales or account management, bilingual English/French, and a proven ability to build lasting relationships. Hybrid work and a competitive benefits package are offered.

  • Participate in automotive industry events as required.

  • Develop new accounts through active prospecting and identify growth opportunities by implementing customized action plans for each client.
  • Plan and conduct regular visits to dealerships to build strong, long‑lasting business relationships with owners, general managers, finance managers, and sales teams.
  • Train sales and finance teams on our products, programs, and best practices while presenting new offerings, promotions, and tools available to them.
  • Support dealerships in growing their warranty sales to increase their performance and warranty penetration.
  • Provide outstanding after‑sales service, respond promptly to partner needs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
  • Participate in various automotive industry events as required.
